Should you receive damaged or defective merchandise from TrekDesk not caused by shipping, contact us at info@trekdesk.com with a brief explanation of the damage. We will send out a replacement product or piece dependent upon the circumstance in compliance with the provisions of our Limited Warranty included in the Users Manual.

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Amazon.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

All merchandise must be returned in the original condition, packaging and shipping configuration. Product received in other than the original packaging may not be resalable, and either no refund will be issued or additional charges will apply. If there is visible damage to the packaging, you should immediately open the packaging and inspect the product for damage. We normally ship via UPS and do not require a signature for delivery. Loss or theft after delivery is the responsibility of the receiving party.

• Please check the dimensions of TrekDesk carefully to make sure it is suitable for the treadmill you will use it with. Remember TrekDesk ranges in height from 46.5 inches to 56 inches from the floor to the top of the desktop and has a underlying support leg width of 49 inches. • Don’t damage or discard any shipping materials, packing or boxes until you are sure you are satisfied. Returns must be in a resalable condition and configuration.

You can expect to receive your refund within three weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 10 days), product inspection at the returns facility (up to 3 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and we issue refunds in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
