Should you receive damaged or defective merchandise from TrekDesk not caused by shipping, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
with a brief explanation of the damage. We will send out a replacement product or piece dependent upon the circumstance in compliance with the provisions of our Limited Warranty included in the Users Manual.
You may return new, unopened
items sold and fulfilled by Amazon.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Items must be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just visit Amazon's online Returns Center, and they will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label you can print out.
All merchandise must be returned in the original condition, packaging and shipping configuration. Product received in other than the original packaging may not be resalable, and either no refund will be issued or additional charges will apply. . It is the responsibility of the purchaser to insure the contents of the return against damage.
Damage Due to Shipment:
If there is visible damage to the packaging, you should immediately open the packaging and inspect the product for damage. If there is obvious shipping damage, you may refuse the item and ask the freight carrier to take it back to the originating point. If the package appears even slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. Contact us immediately if there is obvious damage or no later than 10 days if there is hidden damage. and arrangements for a new TrekDesk or replacement parts to be delivered will be made.
We normally ship via UPS and do not require a signature for delivery. Loss or theft after delivery is the responsibility of the receiving party.
Tips to Reduce Your Inconvenience of Returns
- Before ordering, always measure the space you are placing the furniture.
- Please check the dimensions of TrekDesk carefully to make sure it is suitable for the treadmill you will use it with. Remember TrekDesk ranges in height from 46.5 inches to 56 inches from the floor to the top of the desktop and has a underlying support leg width of 49 inches. You may view exact dimension information on our Features page.
- Let us know if we can be of assistance in selecting the treadmill for your use.
- Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery.
- Don’t damage or discard any shipping materials, packing or boxes until you are sure you are satisfied. Returns must be in a resalable condition and configuration.
Proceeds from Your Return
You can expect to receive your refund within three weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 10 days), product inspection at the returns facility (up to 3 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and we issue refunds in the form of payment used to make your purchase.
