Shipping within the UNITED STATES:

We have partnered with AMAZON.com to offer FREE SUPER SAVER SHIPPING within the contiguous United States. Although our competitors charge $150.00 and more for delivery of their products we are able to offer free standard ground delivery.

Your TrekDesk will arrive within five (5) to nine (9) business days (in the contiguous United States; following the date your credit card is charged and this shipping is free of charge. ALASKA & HAWAII SHIPPING: Due to the oversized status of the TrekDesk packaging, Alaska and Hawaii customers must first set up an account with a freight forwarder with a US address to purchase the TrekDesk. We then ship TrekDesk to your mainland warehouse account address at no charge and they arrange shipment on your behalf at an additional cost. TrekDesk ships in a 36x36x14 inch box which weighs 83 pounds. Below are the two most affordable options we have found:

PO Boxes?: Sorry, due to the size of the TrekDesk we are not able to ship to PO Boxes.

INTERNATIONAL Shipments: IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ FIRST:

We do not yet ship directly from any international warehouses, as a result we have teamed with a 3rd party international shipping partner, Bongo International, to handle a seamless delivery on your behalf.

Bongo International handles all excise fees and paperwork necessary to send TrekDesk from our US warehouses to almost any destination in the world. Your international shipment is first routed to Bongo International's warehouse free of charge via Amazon's Super Saver Shipping. Please visit Bongo International's site to determine the cost of shipping to your final destination.

You will first need to sign up for a Bongo account before placing your order with us (utilizing AmazonPayments). Bongo will provide you with a consolidation shipping address within the United States. They will forward your order directly to you from there.

International Delivery Times:

Orders placed for delivery internationally will arrive within 3 business days from the date of order without any additional expedited shipping fees to Bongo International's warehouse in Connecticut. Please check the Bongo International site for estimated fees and delivery times to your final destination.
